How to use and care for Cultured Marble?
Acrylic solid surface belongs to one kind of cultured marble and artificial granite countertops, acrylic sheet can be used just about anywhere inside a building. It is primarily designed for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity tops or backup countertops and artificial marble.table in residential room. It can be used as decorative fireplace facing on non-wood burning units. Artificial marble has been used as flooring in some bathrooms but is not really suited for frequent foot traffic.

Cultured Marble takes very little maintenance. Because acrylic sheet is anti-impact, a non-porous, anti-stain solid surface material, it is easy to clean with normal method. No regular stripping and resealing like stone, no scrubbing of grout lines, just a little wiping. However there are some things to keep in mind. No abrasive cleaners and powdered cleaners should not be used. Avoid prolonged exposure to solvents and acids or alkali.
Cultured marble should be cleaned regularly with non-abrasive cleaners such as a window cleaner. For stubborn stains you can use a nylon dish scrubber, but never use a metal scrubber, scouring powder, or harsh chemicals. If you have light scratches, you can try buffing them out using rubbing compound, and an automotive buffer. Once they are removed, you will need to refinish the surface. Given proper care, cultured marble will provide years of problem free use.
